As predicted, the Nevada film tax incentive is officially dead.
Thanks to the local film guys who tried to push this through. I still just think the timing was all wrong. As we continue to pull out of the recession, I think there is a place for this kind of thing in the near future. Let’s just hope they can push through a tax rebate instead of a transferable tax credit.
